Burger of the Month
Every month our chef's get their creative juices flowing and treat us to some delicious burger of the months.
This months is The Most Infamous Outlaw
Two 3oz Jackson's of Oban beef patties, Stornaway black pudding, served with smoked cheese and a peppercorn sauce poutine with Markies seasoned fries
Homemade leek and potato soup of the day, served with warm crusty bread
Jackfruit wings served with sriracha sauce, vegan garlic mayo, Asian slaw and sesame seeds
Trio of smoked fish - smoked mackerel, smoked trout and cold smoked salmon served with salad and crusty bread
Thai inspired home roasted chicken thighs, sweet chilli veg and a honey butter dressing
Whitby scampi and chips, with peas and tartar sauce
Korean marinated chicken breast, stuffed with smoked cheese and bone marrow, served with mango citrus puree and roast tatties
Cod fillet wrapped in bacon served with braised savoy cabbage and garlic and herb crushed new potato
Sundays at Markie Dans calls for a belly bustin' Sunday Roast dinner! Each week we will have something a little different, to keep things changed up but with that traditional roast feel!
This week we have roast chicken breast, roast potatoes, mash, mixed vegetables and a corn on the cob in a big Yorkie pudding, served with homemade gravy
